SMS Terms (Play 360 Hoops Text Messaging Program)

Program. Play 360 Hoops (360 Hoops) operates a text messaging program for players, parents, coaches, facility owners and other people who contact us through play360hoops.com. When you check a consent box on one of our website forms, you may receive: (a) marketing messages — special offers, discounts, event and tournament promotions, and service updates about 360 Hoops products and events; and/or (b) non-marketing messages — responses to support requests, event registration and schedule updates, appointment coordination, and follow-up on an existing inquiry. You will only receive the message types you checked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to any text message from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
